A classic nutritious smoothie with all the nutritional benefits of milk and bananas – protein, calcium, potassium, vitamin C and B vitamins.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

1 banana
100 mL skim milk
100g low-fat vanilla ice cream
1/2 teaspoon honey
Pinch of cinnamon

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well.
Add ice for a chilled smoothie.
